Data in the Acadlytic platform

When an institution uses the Acadlytic platform, the institution decides what personal data about its applicants, students, parents and staff is processed, and Acadlytic processes it on the institution’s behalf under a written agreement. Questions about a specific institution’s use of your data should go to that institution first; we will assist them in responding.

Our principles

Minimisation

Security

We protect data with technical and organisational measures. See the Security Center.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary and then delete or anonymise it.

No sale of data

We do not sell personal data.

AI

Our design principle is that institutional data will not be used to train public AI models.
