Vision

We see a future in which every educational institution, large or small, can run on connected information and act on it in time: answering every enquiry promptly, noticing every student who needs support, and making decisions with evidence rather than guesswork.

In that future, technology takes on the repetitive administrative load, so that admissions teams, faculty, advisors and leaders spend their time on people rather than paperwork.

Mission

Acadlytic’s mission is to build an AI-powered EdTech CRM and cloud platform that brings admissions, student records, academic operations, finance and communication together on one data model, with AI that assists people and leaves consequential decisions to them.

We are building it for universities, colleges, multi-campus groups and lifelong-learning providers, starting from the workflows their teams actually run and the constraints they actually face.

The values that guide us

Education first

Every feature has to make life better for learners, educators or the people who support them. If it does not, we do not build it.

Honest by default

We describe what exists as available and what is planned as planned. We publish proof only when institutions have verified it.

People in control of AI

AI should explain itself, be easy to question and never make high-stakes decisions about a student on its own.

Privacy by design

Student and institutional data is protected, used only for its purpose and treated as belonging to the institution.

Accessible to all

Education technology must work for people with different abilities, devices and connections.

Built with institutions

We design alongside the teams who will use Acadlytic, and change course when they show us something better.
