Why we quote rather than list prices

A 400-student college starting with admissions has very different needs from a multi-campus university replacing several systems. A single public price would either overcharge the first or underscope the second. We would rather be transparent about what drives the price and give you a clear written proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

We plan to offer guided pilots rather than unguided trials, so your team can evaluate the platform with realistic configuration. Ask us about availability during your demo.

Are there setup fees?

Onboarding, migration and integration work are scoped explicitly in the proposal, so there are no surprises later.

Can we pay annually?

Commercial terms, including billing frequency, are agreed in the proposal.
