Planned governance controls
| Control | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Role-based access | Limit who can view or edit each area and sensitive field |
| Change history | Know who changed what, when and from which value |
| Retention rules | Apply retention and deletion policies by record type |
| Consent records | Store communication and processing consent with timestamps |
| Export controls | Restrict and log bulk exports |
Migration without the drama
Moving from spreadsheets or legacy systems is often the scariest part of a platform change. We plan to run migrations in stages: profile the source data, agree mapping and cleansing rules, load into a test environment, reconcile counts with your team, then load to production. Historical data you do not need day to day can be archived rather than migrated.
Frequently asked questions
How does Acadlytic keep data clean?
Validation rules at entry, duplicate detection and merging, guided imports with previews and a shared data dictionary.
Can we migrate from spreadsheets?
Yes, that is the plan. Imports are mapped, validated and previewed in a test environment and reconciled with your team before going live.
Can we apply retention rules?
Yes, that is the plan. Retention and deletion policies can be applied by record type, and changes are logged.
